musculaire du quadriceps, des ischio-jam-

biers et des amplitudes articulaires.

Cette prise en charge doit être ajustée en cas

de techniques de fixation par sutures, plus

fragiles, ou lors de gestes associés à la

reconstruction du MPFL. Ces gestes associés

deviennent alors dominants dans le principe

de la rééducation.
