à une chute de la pression intramédullaire pen-

dant la polymérisation et induit un risque

d’interface sanguine. Le scellement successif a

pour but d’éliminer tous ces éléments parasites

pouvant freiner la pénétration du ciment dans

l’os spongieux ou altérer la qualité de sa poly-

mérisation.

Cette étude montre l’intérêt théorique et radio-

graphique du scellement indépendant en

flexion de l’implant tibial des prothèses totales

du genou.

Des études à long terme et avec un plus grand

nombre de cas doivent néanmoins être effec-

tuées afin de corroborer ces résultats.
